I used Gregory many times over the last 10 plus years but the last time (July 2022) was the last time. He kept trying to raise the price on me and then did a cursory job. He did not use a carbide tip grinder to remove ALL of the grout in the shower stall. He simply wiped a fresh coat of grout over the old grout. The grout lines looked faded just like they did before he came. It was a total waste of money. He should be ashamed of himself doing this to a long time customer. Never again. Avoid.
