We always drop in going to our daughters. This was the worst experience today and will never return. Ordered a med. cold brew caramel coffee. She gave us a hard time on the order. We needed to specify. She refused to tell us the difference. She had two types. She was laughing and commenting to other staff. When we drove up she was frustrated with us and had two drinks which looked similar. She wanted us to make a choice. I said how can I make a choice, they look the same. Of which she closed the door on one drink and proceeded to charge us. With such bad service we told her to keep her drinks. Good way to lose business.

Super convenient to Northbound Queen Elizabeth II Highway travelers, located in this Esso Service station is both a combo 7-11 and mini Tim Hortons for On the Run" customers. Parking lot is huge

It shouldn’t take 10 mins to serve 2 vehicles I buy coffee here every day and shouldn’t be treated this way your manager in morning needs educated and shouldn’t work there if she can’t pick up the pace

There’s tall guy working at this Tim Hortans. He has very rude and racist behaviour towards Brown and Black people. I ordered my coffee and he did not call me for my order that its ready and It was not written even on the coffee Lid. Then I ask him that is this my order and he replied in very rude manner.

Horrible experience . We placed our order and paid and had also asked for a little espresso cup of whipped cream for our puppy and they wanted to charge us 80 cents for the cup . She said that she is going to have to charge 80 cents for it, and we replied that Starbucks doesn't charge for a tiny bit of whipped cream for a dog " but we we're going to pay for it anyway until they rudely replied with a smirk on their face saying " WE ARE NOT STARBUCKS! " . Way to make a customer happy."

Hi whenever i get tea or coffee from this place either its cold or smells bad (they might added expired milk today) so I would recommend everyone please try your coffee or tea in the store so you could return if its bad and get another one right away rather then spoiling your morning because of these lazy workers. Hope they understand and improve their service.

The drive thru service at this place is terrible. I have never waiting at a tim hortons over 20 mins for 4 cars to be served. At least make a way to get out before you order if u are going to be that slow. Absolutely ridiculous!!

The gentleman cashier is amazing! But the store is just too small to accommodate the amount of customers. Takes a long time to get food, unless you go through the drive through, but the ln you are so rushed!

Very poor management, very slow customer service, I get it takes 2-3 minutes to make a fresh pot, but it should never take 10-15 minutes to serve a single cup of coffee

The Tim Hortons had a weird smell coming from the drive-thru. Random Abandon Denny's nearby. Truck stop looks distant. But this part of the truck stop is closed for some reason, but I show a bored saying a McDonald's and a Shell coming soon.
