Fair prices good service but accuracy is a bit off. I orders a piece of folded stainless everything was bang on except the hight, off by a 3/16th.. Bring a tape measure to make sure.

Great place to get metal for random projects, random off cuts. I mainly get aluminum from mr metal so for my applications it works great. Darrel at the front desk was very helpful to measure up items for my project and prices were very reasonable for high quality steel. Highly recommended, just wish they had short opening hours Saturday at front desk / off cuts or a late operating day. Sometimes makes it hard to get to the store between 8am - 5pm.Updated review to 3 stars due to terrible hours.Wasted 45 minutes today in traffic since they decided to close randomly at 3pm. There was a useless piece of paper posted on their front door.I arrived at 3:02pm (4:30pm closing time) and even saw a guy run away from the door once he saw me calling their pickup number.Very disappointing to see this behaviour from this local store. Now I have to come back another day and waste time in traffic again, will be calling ahead to waste their time before every visit to ensure they don’t decide to close randomly 1.5 hours before the set times.Thanks

Been here numerous times now, and every single time they have exceeded expectations. Great service, friendly, fair and helpful. They have restored my faith in customer care and from a place i least expected it. If you need metal or advice - this is the place, you will not be disappointed. Good for you guys - first review i have done in 5 years!

Usually don't have any complains but today...They say they're open till 5pm on Friday but when I called to get quick price check I was informed that the order desk is closed.. it was 4:45pm. I suggest they adjust their hours of operation time on Google to reflect the order desk being close earlier then the posted time. A little disappointed as it would of taken a whole 2 minutes to get me a price and would of kept a customer happy... its okay I simply called Metal Supermarket and they were happy to get me a price.

I highly recommend Mr. Metal. I'm an artist and I wanted to cover my work tables with metal. The order desk was very helpful when I called. The delivery driver was so kind he saw that I would struggle to lift them so he put the metal sheets right where I needed them to be. I'm very happy.

Brett and Darren as well as the whole team are outstanding individuals and Mr. Metal owners should be proud of them. Pricing has always been fair and honest like the staff, service is truly amazing and we have NEVER been let down on service and especially delivery. Mr Metal is a great place to get a variety of materials quickly. Order are typically delivered same or next day. Not to mention the reasonable pricing

I forgot the name of the CS rep that helped me out, but the service was amazing. First time buying metal tubing, this man made it super easy for me. The quantity was really low, but they even cut the tubing to size. I highly recommend them.

I'm been using Mr. Metal for a few years now and time and time again I leave a happy customer. The service is professional and friendly. The material is always exactly what I ordered and the prices are great. With there added services of Mr waterjet and the press bender I can produce a wide variety of metal good without needing a huge shop. Your imagination is the only limit with this great company.
