Fantastic service from the parts desk. I was looking for a couple of random springs not included in the drum brake hardware kit for a 70s van. After some searching Shelby figured out which ones they were and found them on the shelf. Very impressed, thank you.

Had the brake pads in stock that I needed after wasting a couple of hours trying to get similar brake pads from Canadian Tire.Very friendly staff with automotive enthusiasts that love to talk about cars. It was a very pleasant experience.I've had similar experiences with the AutoValue in Airdrie. They seem to do a good job hiring and training their staff.

My first and last visit to this store!My mechanic recommended this place to get some parts. I bought brake pads, rotors, and calipers and get them installed on the same day. One of the brakes smoked after driving in highway. I went back to the store and explained the situation and they charged me for the replacement parts (including $68 for the core charge again). When I returned the defective parts the refused to refund the core charge and the discussion with them wasn't helpful. The customer service representatives were very rude and accused me for getting double refund!I went to another branch and they refunded the exact fee for the defective parts and core charge in less than 5 minutes.The customer service reps in this store can not do simple math!

Massive selection of repair manuals, parts and helpful customer service.Their parts inventory is one of the largest I have ever seen. Many cut to size products like tubing, insulation, electric wiring, and so on.Excellent value in the sales bins up near the cash; definitely worth checking out.

Went to buy battery for my Mini JCW. The parts guy that helped me explained the two different types I could buy and their pros and cons. He even took the time to show them to me.Excellent customer service. Haven't had that in a long time! Good job! Sorry I didn't get his name!

I have done aLOT of repairs on my vehicle, and 90% of the time that I need a part, I just get it from here. The staff is knowledgeable, professional. The store itself is very clean & the layout makes finding what ever I need easy.There has been times that I didn't even know the name of the part I needed , I'd just describe the area of the vehicle I'm working on to them & they know ( which is crazy ) exactly what I'm talking about. Awesome. I also like how they give me the prices options of the part aswell, they don't just try and sell me the most expensive one on the list.

Great place to buy parts for car but I think Janice owner should give chance to someone who actually knows more about cars than one that don't have clue what they are doing and prices are little to high between them and kings way about 30%

I was sent by my daughter to pick up a part. Several employees on my way to the parts department asked how they could help. Excellent service at the parts desk. The penny" counters are really unique! On the way out employees engaged in friendly conversation. I highly recommend this store!"
