I’ve been coming to this location for more than a decade now and the staff have been very nice and kind. Today, there’s one Asian staff who was rude because I couldn’t give my current weight which I need in my ECG. I said sorry, I wasn’t Informed by my doctor that I should give you my weight. And I asked, how come they don’t have a weighing scale. She said weighing scale is only $20 dollars. So what does she mean? And the way she was answering me was rude. I am so dissapointed. This is my first time that a staff in this location treated me like this. I think she is a new staff. She needs more training and CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.

I have been there twice, and on both occasions I have gone in a little bit after opening. They seem to be quick as I only waited between 15-20min. The staff were nice and they appear friendly. Each time I have gone the person was always caring and made small talk which is good when your having blood drawn. It is a small waiting area though. Other than that no complaints.

I have been going to this location for a few years for routine blood work & tests. It’s a well-run, efficient lab & the staff are very pleasant. I appreciate the service & feel comfortable going there whenever necessary.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with this location two weeks in a row. The first time, I showed up fifteen minutes before closure to drop something off and the door was locked. The second time, I arrived much earlier to find out they were closed because of family day. For further context, this was on a saturday and their google page was not updated to make these changes. Big Thumbs down.

Front desk people are super rude. They basically yell at every single patient for nothing. It looks like they’re upset or annoyed for something else. Unpleasant experience and very bad energy.

They get what you need done, done, but all the staff are so short-tempered and condescending. They don’t tell you specific things they need and then expect you to know for the next time, and get angry when you don’t. I get people in health care are experiencing a lot of stress currently, but I don’t think that’s an excuse for just creating an overall terrible environment for patients. I’ve come here at least 4 times in the past year for various tests, so I can confirm it’s not a one-time occurrence. For example, one time after I had blood drawn, the technician rushed me out so quickly that my arm started bleeding and needed to be re-bandaged. Not even 30 seconds to sit and hold the cotton over my arm. Another time, I had to bring some samples back to the lab (after picking up the appropriate containers from the lab), but was not informed until after I brought them back that I had to pay nearly $200 for the results, and was coldly informed I should’ve brought my requisition too (which I didn’t realize I needed to bring back seeing as they had it in their email, printed it out last time, and didn’t tell me to bring a copy back with me). Then the receptionist also complained about how much time was wasted by me not having the requisition already printed out. I’ve been going here because it’s the closest location to my home, but I’m done. The receptionist and workers do not get to play out their mean girl fantasies on me anymore.

I was there I while ago before 1 pm cubicle #3. The guy crisscross 3x then withraw because I told him it's painful already. The problem is he inserted the same needle without changing to a new one to my other vein. Until now site is painful. Lifelabs please don't let an employee do that . I gave the guy poor performance and he should go back to school to refresh his course.Shirley

Convenient location, receptionist presents all the warmth and patience of the average rock. Appointment times are more of an educated guess than a firm time, be prepared to wait a bit.On the upside this location has the best techs for drawing blood, no pain, no misses, they get it right every time. Makes the other inconveniences worthwhile.

One of the best lifelabs locations, staff is professional and friendly. The service is quick with an appointment. Once I arrived 1 hour earlier than my apt, but they took me in promptly. Parking is veryy limited though.
