Glass and Mirror, Inc. is an outstanding company! Our experience, beginning with an in-home consult, to the estimate and the communication thereafter, and finally the instal, was a breeze. The guys that came out were polite, knowledgeable and educational. Jason, who I communicated with, was also very polite, responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our whole experience with this company was excellent. Glass and Mirror also supports our troops, both active and retired. I love companies that acknowledge and support our military members. We had a commercial job completed in Oct 2020 where, among other things, Glass & Mirror installed new door hardware on a front door. The door over the next 24 months had to have one of their techs come out 4 separate times to fix the door – which would end up only being a band-aid fix to a more significant problem. 2 of the service calls were completed within 12 months of initial installation: the other 2 were completed between months 13-26. The warranty period I was told was 12 months. Essentially, the door never worked properly from original install.In the most recent service tech visit when the latch failed at month 23, the Commercial Sales Mgr got involved and told me that I would just have to purchase new latch hardware. In speaking with him over the course of 3 weeks, we unanimously agreed that the latch was most likely faulty from the manufacturer. The latch began to fail within the warranty period, however the first 2 service tech visits applied a temporary fix to the problem to get the door beyond the warranty period, only to stick me with the bill for it and then hide behind the excuse of “its outside of warranty”.I asked the commercial sales manager to at least comp the labor if I had to pay for the parts and he told me that since it was out of warranty (thanks to his service techs limping the door beyond the warranty period as opposed to actually fixing the problem) that I would be stuck with the cost of the door hardware as well as the labor cost. There are plenty of other more honest and reputable companies that you can do business with in the metro area – I would recommend that you use one of them as Glass & Mirror Inc. won’t stand behind their work.

G & M did a very professional, high-quality job on our new shower glass for our master bathroom remodel. It looks beautiful. Their installation team was timely, friendly and gave us some good tips on how to best maintain the beauty of the glass.
