The noise from theConstruction is not good. And tbh not a fan of going into the office. My partner lives here and when I go in there with them, the building manager is really awkward and quite rude.

What was once a lovely place to live has turned into a construction hellscape. Everyday, all day for months on end there has been construction to the structure of the building that radiates up through the entire complex. I live alone and up high so I can wear noise cancelling headphones to get by, but my heart breaks for those on the first couple floors - I can’t even check my mail without needing headphones. The front end office staff have also changed over the past year and the new staff can quite accusatory without actually getting to the bottom of things. If I wasn’t on a lease, I would be moving.

Rivervale Apartments
For the last 2 years, they have been doing renovations in the underground parking that are extremely loud and start at 8am to 4pm. They start in March and go all the way to June. Everyday weekday without fail
