It's a good place. But everytime we want to sit and enjoy our drinks I have clean the table. We tryed asking one of the worker's if the table can be he just said I don't know. Need to do better on cleaning even the washrooms.

Lattes were tasty. The digital menu in store is horrible, changes too often to be able to find what you want. Ended up using the app to look at the menu while in line

Today morning about 7:10am the lady on window has no patience was almost about to through stuff at me, She saw me putting the phone away after paying but she can’t wait started shouting sir sir. Tim hortan Please if you bring these people here to get there immigration papers please help them to get nice training. Also pay them on time there attitude was like they’re doing voluntary service. That’s not the only worst experience I have been here a week everyday something crazy happen! not all of the employees are same some of them are nice too.Thank you

Well, I ordered a coffee and paid with a Tims gift card. The dude swiped my card twice. I asked y, his response first time didn't go through. Good thing I registered it and transactions showed I was charged twice for one coffee...So keep an eye, like that other dude said customer service is non existent!

Good food and service. The first time we went on this trip it wasn't busy so we got our food pretty quick and it did not disappoint. There were eight of us, and we got a lot of the options on the menu, and it was all good. A lot of the tables were dirty, so we cleaned them off ourselves as the morning rush" of people starting coming in and drive thru once we placed our order."

Most days iced coffees are not great. Once in awhile you get a decent one. Today I had coffee grounds in mine and tasted like water. I've been to other tim Hortons in other towns and iced coffees are always great. I don't know why they can't be here.
