The entire staff that work in this Pain Clinic are amazing. With respect to the support staff, if I've had an issue or concern they would listen to me and do everything they could to fix my issue/concern on the spot. If it couldn't be fixed, I was provided a full and complete explanation as to why along with what they are going to do to try and fix my issue/concern.I highly recommend Dr. Logan and Nurse Practitioner Fallon when you go to this clinic. They will listen to your concerns and issues completely but more importantly they will not rush you. Both will listen to you and all your concerns but then ask you questions so they completely understand everything that is wrong. I'm very fortunate to be a patient at this clinic. Thank you Dr. Logan, Nurse Practitioner Fallon and everyone in that office for all that you do.

I've been dealing with chronic pain due to a degenerative condition for well over a decade. Basic daily functions like getting dressed in the morning or just standing from a seated position where becoming unbearable and very frustrating. A good nights sleep just didn't happen. I've been through all the available traditional therapies with little to no relief.That all changed after being introduced to the Pain Care Clinic in Windsor. I've been a patient of Dr. Logan's for 8 months now and my life has returned to being a productive individual. I am a candidate for the nerve blocking injections and couldn't be more pleased and often find myself saying Thank you Dr. Logan...can I have another".The supporting staff at the clinic are all friendly and very helpful and the atmosphere is positive. Dr. Logan is an excellent doctor and she is truly an amazing, caring and compassionate person. I have been going to PCC for many years now for chronic pain and severe migraines and Dr. Logan has always gone above and beyond to help me. To have a doctor that really cares and does everything they can to help you is a blessing. She has a wonderful personality that brightens my day and she always seems to make me laugh, even on my worst days! Her bedside manner is really something to appreciate, since many doctors just aren’t like this. And when you’re in pain, the positive energy and comfortable atmosphere really does help. The Botox injections I am currently getting have been like a miracle for the migraines that were making many days almost impossible for me to function. And if you suffer from chronic pain there is no one I would recommend more than Dr. Logan!All the staff are welcoming and friendly as well, it is a great environment every time I come in. I have been on the Botox treatments for migraines. This is the only plan that I’ve ever been done assist me with my pain pills actually really helped. I have one or two minor migraines that I would rate as a five on the pain scale or two where before I had weeks of migraines that rated at about nine on the pain scale. My migraines I have been treated with many other different medication’s, which were not successful for me. But once we started with the Botox treatments, I seen an immediate difference in reduction in the number of migraines I was having, and the severity of the migraines has lessened greatly, I am very very thankful for Dr. Logan and her team for taking good care of me and introducing me to this method of caring for militating migraines. They’ve given me back a lot of quality in my life that the migraines had taken away. Thank you, Dr. Logan and your team.

I have been coming to the clinic since January, it has helped me a lot with my pain. Not only that but Dr. Logan and all the nurses are such a pleasure to deal with, the doctor treats you like family and the nurses make you feel so comfortable. Thank you all for being there for me.

Dr. Charlotte Logan is one of the most caring and supportive doctors I've ever met. She is intelligent, reliable, delightful, humble and compassionate. She really listens to your problems and helps find proper treatment plan for you. I've been under her wing for 5 months now and I've never experienced better care. She really makes you feel comfortable and going to see her makes my week.P.S: Thank you Dr. Logan for the amazing work you put in. You are a fantastic human being.

Dr Logan is absolutely wonderfully amazing!!!!She has a positive upbeat attitude and is very helpful. It is obvious that not only she cares about my pain but me as a person. I highly recommended Pain Care Clinics Windsor. The relationship between staff and patients is very professional and it is always a pleasure to be seen in this office. First impressions are the lasting impressions. and I am not impressed. Dr.Logan is always preoccupied with her phone, she said to me People need to understand that doctors have a life too"! They also have a business to tend to

I've had a vertebral dissection which caused a stroke and left me locked in" 13 years ago. I've dealt with severe pan throughout the years and I just chalked it up to being normal for a person who went through what I went through. I seen Dr Nigl and he diagnosed me with now having fibromyalgia. With a combination of injections and medication I now have quality of life because of the amazing help

He is perfect. He helps you out with the perfect management plan. He is compassionate. He is a very fun Dr as well . Dr. N treats you like a friend and talks to you about topics that relate to you while giving you your treatments .He is the best pain management Dr out there. I would totally beg to have Dr. Naidoo as your PCC Dr. Best Dr out there . He's a very caring Dr. The staff is awesome and fun to chat. Hands down great Dr. and staff.
