I just stopped in for fuel today. Very friendly people and courteous, always ready to help

I took my truck in for its annual inspection and gat a call estimating $8,000. I told them I wanted to see what they were talking about before they did anything. When I got there they had half the work done and were pulling parts out of the dumpster claiming they were off my truck. They billed for 4.125 days (99 hrs) of labor. The truck went in on Friday and I got it back on Monday. Since they are closed on Saturday and Sunday when did they do so much work and on what? Don't use these guys.

Great service, positive attitude

Took our dually in for safety late summer 2018, $1500 later all said and done, well today took truck to another place due to squealing brakes and rotors and back brakes and rotors are shot,. HMMMMM, leads to me believe they were not even checked. This should have been noticed but it did not even look like back wheels were even taken off the day of the elmira truck service appointment. I can assure you I am no speed demon just an old retired fella, so how does this even happen?

Friendly and right on top of my needed repair on my truck

Today i received a call from a representative saying that our company owed them money. The woman i spoke with was rude, and treated me as if i was trying to steal money from the company. Asking me why i would try to get services done and have someone else pay for it. When i asked for a contact name form our company she did not have one and explained another company that the were working with gave them our contact information.I then took it upon myself to call the third party company who that gave me all the information and we soon realized the the Elmira Truck Service had called the wrong company ( with a similar name).After i explained the situation she did not even apologize for being rude or accusatory!This is not how you delivery Customer Service. If we do ever require these types of services i will happily book anywhere else.

bad place to go over priced girls at the front desk are pushy and just mean they do work that you don't ask them to do and they allso add on extra time to your bill then it should have took
