I’ve had the opportunity to taste a few of the bread varieties at whole note grains co and can’t pick a favourite, they’re all incredible!! Hand made makes all the difference and you can taste the passion in the creation process. I can’t wait for the online ordering system, I’ll be eating my sandwiches on baguettes from now on!! Will definitely be sending everyone I know to this bakery!

This bread is fabulous!! Not only is the taste wonderfully full of flavour but the texture is not gummy or full of air as in many commercial breads. This must be what original non mass produced bread must have tasted !For those of us suffering from a leaky gut or swollen abdomens from eating long shelf life breads, this isn't a problem for me!! I highly recommend buying this healthy and satisfying bread which satisfies my hunger for hours.

Had the pleasure of trying Whole Note Grains, SourTown White variety of bread today and it was delicious. It was unlike any bread I've tried before. One things for certain, I'll be back to try the other varieties in the weeks to come!!

What a really great place. Dropped by to pick up a loaf to try it out. The owner, Michelle McKinnon was very friendly and informative. The bread was still really warm. My family really enjoyed the bread. I will be buying more for sure.

Unbelievable! I didn't know bread could taste this good. I feel lucky I was able to find this Bakery. If you are looking for great bread to compliment every meal I highly suggest visiting Michelle on location. Sour Town White is the family favorite.

Colour, texture, flavour.. everything was there and made to perfection. All that you want from a small batch artisanal bakery. You can tell Michelle loves what she does. Tried the Sourdough, Light Rye, and sampled the baguette. All great! Will definitely stop in again for more in the future.

Absolutely wonderful local business! The Oat Porridge Bread is the absolute best and so unique. Michelle is very welcoming and makes sure you leave with just the right loaf (or two!). Happy to have such a great business in town!
