We already had a good system in place for my grandfather but when he got a serious short term illness and needed around the clock care immediately, the government programs were only able to move so fast and only so far. So, I called Serenity and got amazing support and immediate action. We had Gramps covered when we couldn't be there and he recovered quickly as a result! They were lovely to work with, so sweet to Gramps and were able to jump in at a moment's notice. Thank you, Murray and Kathy and the entire Serenity team!

Contracting with Serenity Home Care in Victoria, BC has proven to be one of the best actions we as a family have done to assist our Dad as he continues along the conveyor belt of life. Serenity Home Care has consistently surpassed expectations and has, in my opinion, enhanced my Dad's quality of life significantly as well as look after his apartment, check on medications, and twice a day put drops into his eyes. During COVID-19 Serenity, on their own initiative, offered weekly Zoom sessions at no extra cost, to assist with family contact. Our family is spread around the world so this was a wonderful effort on their behalf and greatly appreciated. If I could give more than a FIVE STAR review I would without hesitation. Serenity was a great solution for my father who needed a little extra daily care that his senior residence couldn't provide. The Serenity care workers were professional and very friendly!

Serenity Care helped me and my family at a very difficult time, when my husband was coping with Alzheimers and cancer. Their staff was so caring and professional that it made our journey easier. I appreciated their flexibility in responding to changing circumstances, and their ability to quickly respond to urgent situations. They allowed us to keep my husband at home for longer, and relieved me of some of the anxiety and work of caring for him.

We’re able to arrange assistance at very short notice when I was discharged from hospital. Very accommodating when I had to change days and times due to medical appointments. Sent the same excellent home care assistant as often as they could. Having consistency with care is so helpful and comforting as the assistant becomes familiar with the patient’s needs and their home.The owner came to my home to see what equipment I ‘needed and suggested grab bars for the shower. The administrative staff was very clear about the services their care givers could provide and emphasized that administration wanted to know if there was anything with which I was not satisfied.I will, and hav recommended Serenity Home Care to others.Sharon Bundon

My husband was discharged from hospital in March of 2019. It was recommended he have home care several hours a week. I researched and chose Serenity Home Care Ltd. Two well trained care givers came three times per week. They were both extremely competent and a pleasure to have in our home. My husband felt very comfortable with them.My husband passed away in September 2019. I have continued to have one care-giver come once a week to help me with odd chores and clean my home.I would recommend Serenity Home Care to anyone needing such services.

We hired this organization to provide companionship to my mother, who is elderly and without family in town. They have done a wonderful job - always willing and available to help where needed. Since the pandemic necessitated 'lockdown' in my mother's living facility, Serenity workers have been unable to visit. They were still able to deliver grocery items and messages. We'll certainly be hiring them again when things open up.

Serenity took the time to fully understand our family situation and found the perfect team member to support our father. Their operations management is also top notch, making scheduling a breeze.
