One of the best service companies we have ever dealt with. We called with a non-emergency issue and were told the plumber would be out the next day. He arrived exactly on time, was so very pleasant and had a new garbage disposer installed within minutes, Loren was incredibly polite, professional and is truly an asset to this company. We couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to contact Concept again!

Concept Plumbing is an awesome Plumbing company!We hired them to work on our new kitchen, everything was done very professionally and in timely manner. Their employee, Lorne is a very professional, extremely knowledgeable and organized plumber. He is a diligent, hardworking and very detail oriented!On a different note, Concept Plumbing is an ethical company to deal with, They do quality work with reasonable rates.They rock! I highly recommend them.

We have recently had concept plumbing to our home twice for two separate issues. Both times the plumber arrived on time, was efficient with his time, and kept a clean work area. The response time was amazing even in the midst of a winter wind storm. We had a broken water pipe in our heating system and it was fixed in an hour. We had to have them come back for another issue that arose and the plumber showed up quickly with a great attitude and got the pump going again. The follow up call was also prompt and genuine. Great company to work with

Recently used Concept for two small repairs at our rental property. Response time was fast and the plumber (Lorne was his name I recall)couldn’t have been friendlier. Job was completed quickly and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend Concept!

Really appreciated the Concept Plumbing team, from talking with the office to book an appointment, having the plumber come to our home and paying the bill, everything was clear and professional.I really appreciated how responsive they were and their ability to fit in my small job, the plumber who came to our home, Lorne, was friendly and knew what he was doing, I felt like I was in good hands the entire time.I would not hesitate to recommend Concept Plumbing and Gas to any of my family or friends!

Concept Plumbing is amazing. Their prices are fair and their quality of work and service are exceptional. Had them replumb my whole kitchen on a renovation and had the reschedule them many times due to other trade delays, and they showed up every time I needed them and they did great work.
