Such a welcoming, clean, professional but honey place. Erin and her family are some of the nicest folks around, always a pleasure doing my laundry there. Everyone is helpful and the machines are clean.. plus, they have some of the best rates this side of the island! I've gone to 10 different laundry mats on the Southern part of the island, and have not found a cheaper spot!

Crazy expensive, the normal size that every place have is 12$ for wash... 2 of my blanket that I bought for their softness aren't soft at all !

I like the size of the washer and dryers and the staff plays a very important role when you don't know which machine you should use or even when you're drying items. They can estimate how much it will cost you too so that's pretty handy. They also offer laundry services and they helped me to my car a couple of times as well. So if you're stuck with laundry because your machine stopped working or if you are looking for a nice friendly clean place to do laundry in Sooke, this is the place to go for sure!!

Excellent customer service! I haven’t used to many laundromats but this is certainly my favourite. The machines are great and you can get a lot done in a short time.Not to mention the extra services they offer. Such as swapping you laundry into the dryer, etc.

We live in vic and have tried all the laundromats on the south island, weve been using this place for months and used to take the trip out to sooke to use this place, now she's jacked up the prices on all the washers 3 to 5 bucksNow it's the most expensive laundromat on the entire island, just not worth the time, effort and money anymore, stay local.Edit.. not taken lightly perhaps but I've been to every laundromat on the island and your washing prices are the most expensive on the entire island.. it's that simple so ?

The laundry police said I was no longer welcome there. The facilities are great. The staff I have encountered have belittled me for almost every I do there. This is not a police state. One year ago it was bought by the most amazing new owner. Erin is a joy and a delight to visit each week. Please ignore the other reviews.
