Great service. Had headlight assembly, tail light assembly, fog light assembly, and rear wiper assembly installed. Very pleased with results. And their driver was very nice. Will definitely be back for all my automotive needs.

Poor communication and truck was out of gas in parking lot..water pump went in but once i walked to gas station and back with jerry can...drove to gas station to put more gas in checked oil in transmission and engine...both were low...added 1.5 l oil and 1l transmission fluid...never fixed what was asked to be fixed instead got excuses why they couldnt fix it right. Not happy feeling burned

These guys are honest and reliable. I thought my brakes needed to replaced and after checking them out told me my brakes just had dust in them and that's what was causing the squeak. I highly recommend integrity and will always take my car to them

After a really bad experience in another shop in town I went to Integrity and had my problem solved.These are the guys to go in Penticton, they don’t have fancy infrastructures like other shops but instead they have real mechanics and this is what you should look for.Thank you guys for helping us to make our roadtrip to the north possible. Ron and his crew are absolutely great. Our SUV was running hot on the way home from a trip. Integrity even though 2 days before Christmas had many cars ahead for repairs he got it on the hoist and looked at so we could make our trip out of town safely. Thank you for squeezing us in and getting us back on the road to be with family. Highly recommended this shop.
