We like supporting local businesses and the establishment has everything you need for your pets. Great customer service and friendly staff. They have the loyalty program so you can earn for free bag of dog food after a certain number of entries.

Everything and everyone in this place is amazing! Very helpful staff that answered every question I had as a first time visitor to their store. Love the energy I felt walking in and felt well taken care of when I left 10/10 would recommend.

While I was away in Mexico, Justin’s had run out of the dog food we purchase. With a quick call to them they went above and beyond (driving out of town) to ensure my pets had the food that only Justin’s carry’s. Them springing into action to help shows these guys truly care. They are the best and I’ll never purchase from anywhere else. Thank you guys for everything you do, and I did have that Margarita on the beach for you!

This is my absolute favourite pet store! I live in Oshawa and go to Cobourg every month for a job and always try to find time to stop in here . Everyone is so friendly!!! They are so helpful. I just wish they were closer to home lol highly recommended this store to anyone with an animal.
