I'm very disappointed... I ordered the Happy Thoughts bouquet for my best friend who arrived home after the complicated surgery and she got the order but it looks terrible..... she sent me a picture and it looks TOTALLY DIFFERENT and poor

Wow don't be fooled by online pictures bought the deluxe package and this is what I got for over 100$ take a look for yourself tell me if that's worth it put a small juice box next to it for comparison will never buy from here again and to top it off were very rude to my wife when she missed there call and called them back first and last time customer what a rip off

Amazing customer service - I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed them yet.Years ago, my mom forgot to pick up my sister’s corsage for grad. The girls remembered her, and where my mom said she was graduating from. She showed up at the REC garden party and found my mom in the crowd of parents to give her the corsage.This is the type of treatment you get from this florist. (Also just did an amazing job on said sister’s wedding flowers!)

Amazing red roses!!! I buy my wife roses every year on our anniversary, and for the past few years I’ve been going to these wonderful people. Wonderful service! I wanted to send out something special to my great nieces and nephews for Halloween since they couldn't go out to have fun trick or treating this year. And this store, took my last minute order and delivered smiles and joy to them. Thank you for the terrific help and great service! Will definitely be ordering from Balloon Bouquets again!
