I greatly recommend Natalie as a hypnotherapist. I came to see her to stop smoking, control my eating habits and let go of anxiety.After 3 sessions I have stopped smoking and I feel so much better. I only eat when I am hungry and I take time to relax.Natalie gave me numerous tools to get back on track and she did it in a gentle and yet professional way.I wish I had tried hypnosis a long time ago.Thank you!
