Unbelievable mess left behind after the install, garbage and polishing compound sprayed all over walls and cabinets. Paint chipped on walls and one of the countertops was later discovered to be not glued in at all. It took multiple phone calls and nearly a month for them to return and glue it in. One peice of the backsplash was cut incorrectly and had to be re-cut and installed at a later date. No apology or any offers to make it right regarding the mess or damages. Definitely consider using a different company.

The manager Mike went over and above to get our counters cut and ready for install while working overtime to get them done before closing for their annual summer vacation.Our kitchen is small, but we felt like the most important customers. The final product is beautiful!

Was connected with Bella through our custom cabinet maker Walls Cabinetry Plus. Walls was FANTSATIC, Bella was the opposite. Terrible on-site customer service - you can't event call it that. Spending $10,000 on counters should come with a cert degree of professionalism and tact. That was not the case. Would hire Walls for 100 more renos and would hire Bella for zero.

Super quick quote and install of new quartz counter all within a month. Customer service was fantastic. Woild recommend to anyone!
