Zender Ford Service

'Service' - As good as negligent.Dropped off my truck to have it assessed for engine noises and transmission issues. Following a communication from the dealer that 'there were no diagnostic codes that indicate any issues' - I took the shop foreman for a ride to demonstrate the issues... which were evident during the drive and noted by the Ford rep, but I was informed that Ford would describe the demonstrated issues (5L engine ticking like a diesel, rattle on take off, transmission/transfer case clunking on acceleration and deceleration) - would be deemed 'normal' by Ford (**Not Normal by any reasonably mechanically informed person)AlsoOn drop off- Requested a tire rotation, detail, aim headlights and light bar, assess and resolve front facing camera (faulting)None of the above got completedGot my truck back with No resolution and Nothing on the list completedJust an 'explanation' that (the Ford completed) 2 level on the front end would cause the camera to fault... a 2" block in the rear end (quoted at approx $800) would be the only option to potentially fix the camera faulting... so... the dealer deemed there was no point in aiming the headlights (?)Detail not completedTire rotation not completedAim Headlights and light bar not completed (safety issue ?)Forced to drive the truck away in the exact same condition as I brought it to the dealership (still dirty /tires not rotated /headlights and light bar still aimed askew /camera still faulting)Only difference is I'm out $250 for the camera fault diagnostic.... which is apparently Ford deems it My fault... for getting *Ford* to level the truck...Nothing against Z-Ford... this is the 'service' and 'resolution' I've (unfortunately) come to expect from the Ford brandLast lesson I plan to learn from Ford. It cost me an additional $250 to finally come to the (obvious) conclusionNo more Fords for this guy- i was told all ticks /rattles /clunks are 'normal' by shop foreman (should have saved $60k and invested in a 1979 ?)Further:Sales was contacted to assess the truck for a sale to the dealership and the sales rep promised a call back to discussFollowing the mechanical assessment and 5 star review from the shop forman - all 'normal' and 'mechanically sound' (no body damage - truck *looks line new with a reasonable amount of kms for the year)- No phonecall from sales regarding interest in Ford purchasing the truck (hmm... strange)Take my lessonOr learn it for yourself- either wayIf that's Ford 'Sevice' and 'Support'...Off the brand here"

Employees are nice and helpful. Is a bit expensive but what isn't nowadays.

Absolutely horrible they're a complete rip off I would never take anything of mine back to that dealership was charged a lot of money and no issues solved.Was given one price and then the next day somehow the price had went up and had to argue to get the original price all they want is your money and very poor service do not go to zender Ford you might as well burn your money !!

Went for an oil change. Service is efficient as ever. They checked the tires and mentioned we should consider new tires and offered to look into it for us. Being in our senior years, we really, really apprectiated the customer service. Thanks to all the service folks who keeps our vehicle in great working condition!!

I don't have a very good history with this place.I bought a used truck from them and bought the extended warranty. When the truck needed head gaskets they tried to tell me it was going to cost me $8800. When I told them I had the warranty the price dropped to just over $4000 because apparently the extended warranty only covers up to $4000 per repair". Long story short
