The front desk person was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the tax service and all the questions that I had. The tax service was fast and professional. I am very willing to come back to H&R Block for my tax preparation next year.

I called to make an appointment and over the phone heard for fu*ks sacks" in a wisper and then hung up i called the number again 10 mind later and it was infact this H&R block.. clearly that msg was not for me but feel very disrespected and will not be going to that H&R block ever again!"

I was told to come in and my taxes would be done, they were not done. Was told to come back at 1:30. I came back at 1:30, the taxes were still not done. I work full time and can only schedule certain time off. This is a large inconvenience for me. the receptionist could not speak vEnglish very well at all, please hire people who can understand English and how to schedule people! This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience here.

Great work ethic, super fast friendly and expert staff. Still recomended to do your own taxes as its still pricey, but if your in a pinch its the perfect place
