Even better was I emailed to inquire about shipping time moments after I ordered, to see if I should upgrade as Christmas can be busy, and I got a response back in moments letting me know it was going to be shipped out same day. Garbage customer service, The manager Jean Sirota talked down to me and called me names for no reason before even listening to my issue, this shows how they treat customers calling them names and talking down to them.The manager also hinted if i remove this review they would help me after they already refused to help me hence this review (i have screen shots i will be contacting the appropriate people)my gloves are 2 months old and the stitching was pulling out making holes their customer service rep / manager Jean Sirota told me it's normal for gloves to last 1 or 2 months even though all my gloves last over a year and they said buy a new pair every month ..... $150-$200 gloves should last more than a monthWorst customer service I've dealt with didn't even offer any support what service tells you your defective glove is normal and just buy a new pair every month and calls you dirty and names when you have proof of the product failing ,went locally today to show my alpinestar gloves to a authorized re-seller my glove and they said yes this is a quality issues but Perry said its notAnd it was only one glove which tells me its a quality issue that's suppose to be coveredEdit ( managers name spelt wrong )there also was no blackmailing done the owner or Jean could not provide any proof when asked this is now slander I've reached out to the owner and he thinks Jean slandering is acceptable customer service going forward, we never once asked for free product all we wanted was customer support and again when asked for proof they could not provide any proof because it was never said or asked

Based on Online Purchase only. Purchased my first pair of driving gloves since teenage karting days and they arrived faster than their estimate. Ordered in off season so hadn't opened them when they arrived. When I finally did to show my brother we noticed a hole at one of the seams. Jean was super helpful in getting a replacement pair exchanged and even recommended re-sizing them super quickly. Used for the first time this weekend. 10/10 would recommend.
