I had the pleasure of having an appointment with Dr. Long . She was so helpful and calm which really helped while dealing with such stressful topics. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and questions and helped as much as she could. If down the road, I do not have a family doctor and need an obgyn, I will 100% try to get referred back to this clinic due to my experiences this time.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this clinic, especially Dr. Kruger and the front reception. They went above and beyond, I will forever be grateful for everything. Thank you!

Not the best experience. The staff working upfront were absolutely wonderful, no complaints here. The assistant that came in before the doctor was great as well. Very friendly and made me feel at ease. Now onto the doctor. First off my doctor wasn't there so I had to see a Dr Hijira Danial. She didn't listen to me at all regarding anything I talked to her about. She seems to think its normal to have periods every 14 days. She then prescribes a medication that is of no use to me as it's irrelevant to my condition as well as people with kidney issues shouldn't take it, but like I said she didn't listen or read my file. I left feeling like I've wasted my time, especially because I have been waiting since April to get in. Nothing was solved and nothing was done to help me. I will be having my family doctor refer me to another clinic even if I have to wait another 8 months to get in.

Absolutely amazing people to deal with! It is a very busy clinic & you need to be patient getting through by phone... however they do their best to call back if you leave a message. The secretary was bubbly and pleasant... very kind. Surgery was top notch...the Doctor and his team were fantastic. My surgery wait time was very short. I absolutely recommend this clinic. I really feel I was a priority as a patient.

I have seen Dr. Bader for my 2 pregnancies and have nothing but good things to say about the care I received by her and also the staff I have dealt with, from the front desk to the assistants. I always felt I was in good hands for me and my baby. I would definitely recommend them and will come back again should I need it.

This doctors and staff at this clinic are absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Robinson and her staff. Dr. Robinson recently performed my hysterectomy. She always kind, caring, professional and took time to listen to my concerns. I would call when having issues and the staff would always call back with a response from the doctor within a few hours. Carmen, at the front end was absolutely wonderful. She always made me feel like any issues I was having with my medical condition was of the utmost importance. My surgery with Dr. Robinson went so smoothly and she visited me the next day in the hospital which I really appreciated. She cares about her patients and it shows. Dr. Robinson gave me my life back and I am so thankful to her and her staff. I highly recommend Dr. Robinson and her staff.

Upon arriving, front desk staff was friendly, I was the only one there so I was taken into a room within a few minutes. I waited for this appointent for over a year after having difficulty getting in to see someone, so I was really looking forward to it. I understood that I was there to have a full exam done. The lady that came in first was just asking questions and entering them into my file. After she left the doctor finally came in. At first I was hopeful that I would get somewhere... Unfortunately as the appointment went on, the entire time she tried to tell me my only solution was birth control, telling me to just skip my period to avoid the issues and tried to diagnose me for something unrealeted to my concerns... without even conducting any physical exams. Or any kind of exam for that matter. Quite frankly she seemed uninterested to be there and was not eager to do anything further then tell me all she can do is suggest what she did... otherwise, book an appointment with my doctor for yet ANOTHER referral. What a JOKE. I left in tears feeling defeated and ignored. Very unprofessional. Very unimpressed. Do better at taking your job and patients more seriously.

I personally wouldn't recommend seeing Dr.Bader at this clinic, I can't speak on other OBS here. From my first appointment with Dr.Bader she proved she had absolutely zero manners when it comes to working with patience or making them feel comfortable. Her behaviours violate the patient's rights, bodily autonomy, and dignity.I had gone through fertility treatments to conceive my baby, was never once made aware of any issues with my BMI by PCRM or my family doctor but as soon as I seem Dr.Bader she made sure to let me know how obese she thought I was and even sent me for ultrasounds due to her ridiculous concerns about my BMI with no concerns surrounding my unborn baby. To add, my measurements for my stomach aren't above average- they were noted to barely be a little smaller, I've gained a total of 24lbs and I'm nearing the end of my third trimester. There was a day when she wanted to bring the resident in, I politely declined as it's my right, she argued with me but I refused to back down to her demands, after that I was made wait 1.5 hours because patience who allow residents in are priority. When I was trying to discuss a few things with her, since she wanted to send me for further testing for truly no reason (after I already did all the testing), I was left to sit there with her hand in my face not allowed to speak because she apparently knows better, claimed I was an irresponsible mother and even threatened I'd be in trouble if I didn't go get the ultrasound and bloodwork. She refused to allow me to make decisions or have preferences when it comes to my baby and I, trying to boss me around and even trying to use fear tactics into forcing me into vaccinations my family doctor won't even clear me for yet.I never went to see her about anything unrelated to pregnancy, trying to scare someone into a vaccine their family doctor won't even allow is pretty disgusting if you ask me.She gave me nothing but anxiety, always talked over me, put her hand in my face and would shame my body for no reason. After reading other reviews when I googled her name, I decided I wouldn't ever go back!Be careful ladies.

Do not let them talk you into getting an IUD. They did a terrible job implanting mine and told me I would never be able to have children if i can’t handle a simple IUD. They shamed me, ruined my periods, ruined my body and over two years later I am still not the same. I’m trying to find the nurse that did my IUD because I seriously should press charges after the things they have said and done to me. I will never return to this place again and anyone who works here in a joke.

After years of unsuccessful endometriosis treatments, my gynocologist referred me to Dr. Long who specializes in pelvic pain. This referral was the best thing that could have happened to me. Dr. Long is punctual, exceptionally knowledgeable, respectful (very important when dealing with pelvic pain), and approaches patient care in a collaborative way that allows her patients to make fully informed decisions about their own health/body.Dr. Long performed surgery on me 6 weeks ago, and the pain I’ve been dealing with for over 10 years is so much better. I can’t recommend her enough! If you need an OBGYN or pelvic pain specialist, definitely give her a call.
