Selina and her wonderful team at K3 took our rough basement that was a real dud and transformed the floor plan into construction plans we can build with confidence and joy. She listened to our list of wants and needs with care, and her attention to detail is reflected in the resulting construction plans K3 has provided. Selina brought in plumbing/drain and engineering professionals to provide their expertise and we are grateful for the input. Our builder was pleased with the plans. Our basement will be exactly as we dreamed and more. We highly recommend K3 Design.
