Good grief re train you employees please. Also maybe add in a leason on listening. My order was completely wrong, because he punched it in wrong. Told me i couldnt use a coupone because he didnt know how to punch it in so i made him get the manager. The service was disgusting. I worked there with my husband fir 2 years. 9 times out of 10 we ran the entire restaurant alone, just the 2 of us breakfast rush lunch rush dinner rush him in kitchen me up front...there was 4 whole emoloyees there and they still couldnt get it together. Its baffling.

Three buddy burgers was absolute black rubber.Usually only go to A&W because their burgers are fresh. Absolutely disgusting and unedible this time. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

This place use to be good don't know what happened haven't been here in a few months and went today and I am disturbed. Gravy was cold and runny like chicken broth and then bite in the burger and saw this bacon not even cooked so gross don't know how anyone would think that's ok to serve someone this. Will be reporting this if nothing is done someone can get sick. And good luck calling the restaurant to complain.

Omg the friendly . Can I say smoking hot Indian girl(woman) was so nice. Accommodated my rather unusual order with a smile . Best 8am burger in windsor , can't say enough about this double mama . Just wow !! I wish all burgers would be sold with the juices still intact. Fries were the best I've had from a&w . To the grill person you cannot skimp on the seasoning . Salt each and every pattie as if your life depended on it . It makes patty so much better ..Cats out of the bag!!! Windsors best 8am burger is at east end A & W next to money mart.

Worst A&W I've ever been to, no question. 80% of the time my orders wrong and needs to be changed with push back from staff. The other 20% of the time they ignore you in drive thru (over 15 min just telling you to hold on then bnot respond). Not sure why this place gets business, I know mine and my friends/families is gone.Too bad you can't give 0 stars.

I was so disappointed on Sunday 2teen burger disgusting looks like they were recycle and cold. Fries were good onion rings were cold and not crispy at all tasted old .

Waited almost thirty minutes for my food, from the time I entered the drive thru to when I finally received it. When I got home, several items were wrong despite the employee reading back my order correctly and double-checking again at the window. This location is clearly understaffed and the employees seem to be undertrained and overwhelmed, even when customers are ordering basic items. I don’t mind a wait at most places as long as the food turns out good, but waiting a half-hour for a messed up order and seeing other cars and delivery drivers quickly driving off with their food during that period feels wrong. As things currently are at this location, I do not think I will be returning. I understand that one person not going back won’t really hurt their bottom line and I do not seek anything to make me return. I just hope that maybe the right people can read this and understand that many changes need to be made at this location, particularly with staffing and wait times. I don’t place the blame on the staff, it’s the higher ups in management and the owner that need to be held accountable for service failures like this one.

Went through drive thru ordered for e people. Got to the window hadto ask for a tray for our drinks. Also had to say 3 times that we wanted 3 apple pies. Was asked to pull up front and wait for order. Got our order looked inside bag was missing an onion ring went in got it. Got home only to find out that one of the burgers was way wrong. Called got answering machine left message and went back. Got there and all they did was make a new burger and give us 2 more apple pies. Oh and the excuse of the phone is not working and going somewhere else and our screens are also not working properly.

Overpriced fast food. Tasty but two combos and a side order of sweet potato fries (super greasy and limp) cost me $40.00. Insane.
