The desk person was really nice and hospitable plus kinda funny since I came a week early for the program I was supposed to do anyhow so yea the next time I go for the right date then I'll see if it deserve another star to make it full right...

This place is a joke! The BOT facilitators Lori and Megan are horrible. They tell you to do something in order to complete the program but kick you out for doing it. Not to mention they lie through their teeth about reasons for kicking people out. No warnings, no conversations, no support at all. To justify their actions they make up reasons to have you removed. It’s a shame that John Howard has allowed inexperienced and unprofessional workers to ruin the company. John Howard typically has great missions.

Wow, I attended a course with them and it was all extreme leftist views. One facilitator was removed for voicing their opinion about this. He was then replace and another extremist. They are also in collusion with the crown attorney in Kitchener and Waterloo Region Police. They need to be investigated by the RCMP.
