Schedule an appointment for them to come look at the work needed to be done. Matt was not confident and wanted a second opinion the following week schedule a time to come with someone to have a look that got pushed back & rescheduled then that got pushed back again so phone call was made to the owner, I was told without a deposit they weren’t interested in coming and looking at the job , requesting a deposit from a customer when you can’t give a definite answer on whether the job can or can’t be done by your company is just bad business, so not only did the job not get completed now I’m 2 weeks behind on the rest of my renovations I understand it’s a new company but as far as I’m concerned, they’re untrustworthy, incompetent and unreliable ! Sad part the first job was small they could have got 4 more lifts of concrete out of the gig ! Poor judgment and ownership no customer service and poor management ! Matt did a good job with the tools and experience he had at his disposal ! But the owner did not !
