Updated ReviewI wanted to come on and update my review for Mercana and say thank you for getting in contact with me and resolving my issue. Sarah from Mercana promptly and courteously responded to my emails and after reviewing my account reached out to me and we were able to work out a solution. I appreciate Mercana for taking care of their customers.Mercana's descriptions and ordering on their site is vague and misleading. I believed I was purchasing a set of chairs because that is what the description said that is not what I ended up getting. Finally once I followed up, got through to and spoke with the assigned representative to my account she was cold, unaccommodating, and clearly did not care to work with me as the customer to see what could be done. I am disappointed and shocked at the lack of indifference. Take my advice you want to keep customers work on your interactions with every customer big or small.

Great designs, fantastic customer support, & excellent quality !!! I purchased 3 bar stools from Mercana and I am absolutely in love with them. They blend with my other furniture and give the kitchen space a brilliant touch of elegance <3. Also, their artwork transformed my living room.

Tanya Collins interior designer recommended this brand to us. We spent ~$500 per chair on 6 chairs and $2000+ on a dresser. What pains me is not that I spent $5K on garbage, but that beautiful trees were chopped down and turned into garbage.

Great furniture company that sells everything you need to furnish a space. Absolutely love my dining room set. They also have incredible artwork that's made to order in Canada. Thousands of art pieces to choose from, and really quick production times!
