You have to see this place to believe it. Extremely well stocked company with the most pleasant employees. Why wouldn't they pleasant; they work for a company that sits on an amazing waterfront that has orderly clean and well maintained slips. I thought this place to be so tranquil I stayed and took a few pictures. I wish I could have stayed and watched the sunset but I had more deliveries to make.

Summer 2023- Sad to have to take back everything in my old review below. The past couple years have had increasing less and less helpful staff, with “not my problem” attitudes. Paid for parking (which is new and incredibly expensive for a season), expected to plug our electric car in as we have for years before, to be confronted by non functioning plugs. When asking if there was somewhere else to plug in to get a little power we were told to go to Parry Sound and the lady then walked away from us done with the conversation. As someone who’s been coming to this marine for over 30 years. I’m extremely frustrated with its evolution and would not recommend anyone here. Choose one of the many other marinas on the lake.5 years ago- Wonderfully helpful staff! Our boat was out of gas, and unfortunately because we have an old vessel, the gauge didn't read properly. However, a possibly frustrating situation was quickly solved and we couldn't have been happier with our experience :). I've been coming to my cottage by way of Gordon Bay since my first summer as a baby! I hope for many more years of summer with this marine :)

I would like to thank Steve Dow (sales), Randy, Kathy and all the staff at Gordon Bay Marine for making my Thunder Jet purchase so amazing. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very professional. I traveled from Nova Scotia, starting the whole experience in October 2021, lots of calls and emails and always an answer! Gordon Bay Marine and its staff have a perfect customer service based model that should be followed throughout the industry. From the order, test run and delivery my whole experience was amazing! I highly suggest that anyone considering a boat purchase to reach out, from my experience you won't be disappointed!!

I sent a text to Gordon Bay Marine inquiring about a part for my Mercury outboard gas tank. I received a response from Justin Schmidt within 15 minutes that he was looking into it and would get back to me. I received the second response shortly after stating that he found the part and would hold it for pick up. Not used to getting such pleasant and very quick customer service. I’ve been coming here for over 25 years. This marine use to be fair and well staffed, however in the past few years it has gone down hill fast! Staff are rude and treat you like an outsider, you now have to pay for every breath you take while here… yet their charging station for electric cars “don’t work”. $$$$

Such a great buying experience. I was literally doing some work in the area and just wanted to check out the used boat lot and was so impressed by their prices and quality that ended up leaving with a boat. After purchasing they've stood behind their product and offered a ton of free service and sent me out the door with a free acid wash, safety equipment, new life jackets for the whole family, and top to bottom mechanical tune-up. Connor was my sales representative and I could not have been happier with the way he treated me and how this sale went. Not to mention the fantastic boat I got for an incredible price.
