I just had the best massage of my life with Tanya! The pressure and techniques were perfect, and she included additional modalities like cupping and acupressure. It was soo relaxing, and I feel so much better afterwards. Tanya was also very kind and professional. I highly recommend!

Tonya is amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to understand what is happening with your body and then works very hard to help rectify the issues. I would definitely recommend Tonya for any issues you might be having.

Refined is everything you ask for in a massage place:Convenient location? ✔️Direct billing? ✔️Huge range of session options? ✔️All staff are RMTs? ✔️Excellent service for a good price? ✔️ and ✔️I've tried several different places, and Refined will be my last stop. I feel so much better after every appointment. They are a class act.

Went in for tight back muscles (lower back and shoulders). Did a one hour session and the results were amazing. Pain gone, and increased flexibility after leaving.Excellent work.

Lacey is very knowledgeable about Myofascial pain syndrome and her massage techniques gave me some much needed pain relief when my back was flared up. The clinic is very relaxing and I would highly recommend their services.

I have been to Refined Health & Wellness a number of times for various massage therapy treatments. My most recent treatment with Chantal was wonderful. She took care and attention to address my physical concerns while providing a relaxing, personal and professional approach to give me the full experience I was looking for. The clinic is bright, clean, beautifully decorated and welcoming. Each time I return to Refined I continue to be impressed and leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and well taken care of.
