Most unreliable Tim Hortons I’ve ever encountered!!! Never open. EVER! It’s only 8:30pm on a Wednesday. Google says they’re open until 11. Nope. They’re closed! I work nights at 10pm. I try to buy a coffee or two to help me get through my nightshift, NOPE! They’re closed at 9:15!! Don’t count on them to get your coffee. If you must have coffee just go anywhere else!

The donuts and coffee were as good as usual and the place was clean. The thing that needs some work is the cushions on the seats in front of the fireplace. Don't know how old they are, but they look like they should have been replaced 10 years ago.

Went to get breakfast and poudered dounuts and smile cookies no poudered srawberry filled dounuts and smile cookies that were a 7 day promotion ran out half way through the 6 day how do u run out of chocolate chip cookies not just this one but st thomas wide and multiple ppl behind me tried to order smile cookies very disapointed as this is a great causeand tim hortons is leaving money on the table by not having product to sell for a great cause

Good coffee. Service can be very slow at times depending on what time you are served, they stop selling food and donuts after 5 pm,

Got the steep tea in the morning from this location which taste as if they rinsed the pot and poured “tea water”to the cup . Tea was awful and cold too. Never expected this from Timmies.

Seriously!!!! I'm always super kind to Tim Hortons employees always tip and filly understand there under staffed underpaid and overworked but it gets so frustrating when there's always at least one thing wrong if not more per order. And the quality control is just non existant !!! Also clean up the garbage outside all of you timmies rats are not cool to have

When I came through your drive through this morning both the person doing transactions and another taller girl was rude. I arrived at between 715 to 8. The other girl not doing transactions basically throw the order at me which I did not appreciate. As I was pulling away I heard them using foul language towards me. This is rude..

The staff are usually friendly, but the store is always dirty. Booth seats are torn and falling apart. Washrooms are not clean. I make a point to drive the extra 5 minutes to go to the Highbury Tim’s for this reason.

May 2, 2023. Over 20 minutes to get two sandwiches, of which one was wrong. Cold, because they were sitting at drive thru window. Where's the smile cookies?? none on display, have to ask for them. guy on counter seems like he is having a bad day, don't take it out on the customers.May 25, 2023 Absolutely rotten service. Told at 11:58 my large decaf would be 3 minutes. At 12:15, when someone took the iniativle to ask why I was waiting, got my coffee. This Tim's has lost my business.June 25th... things haven't changed. Supposedly couldn't accept my Tim's Scan and Pay which had several promotions attached for the week. So had to pay cash and FULL Price. HeadOffice was no help, said I had to resolve the problem with the store manager.July 16, 2023 11:50 am What is happening with this location?? Register down, can't scan the QR code from my phone so I have to pay out of pocket instead using the $$$ on my electronic tim's card. Staff do not speak clear English so you have to guess when they call out an order. Order wrong twice, cashier unsure how to enter order. Three handicap spots full, yet no customers? Who is parking in the handicap spots, Staff???? This location is quickly going down hill and not a favourite location any more. Fairview and Elm is an alternative, if you want Tims, try Starbucks for a change.

Don't order a salad at this location... I should have realized the red flag when they handed me a bag with a ball of napkins and a knife and fork. You basically have to make the salad yourself.
