Honestly this is a tough one. Be careful when you go here. A couple of individuals are very good, knowledgeable, and are great at customer service. on that note, some people are a miss. I just left quite upset when I went to simply cancel my motorbike insurance. I unfortunately dealt with a guy named PARAM. I was told there would be a $5 fee for not having the original papers (I brought it the photocopy I keep on the bike). I figured it was OK as it was only $5. He then charges me $52 and AFTER he charges me, says- Oh yea
