All of my equipment was almost 30 years old including my water tank and I knew they were all on their last legs so I decided to spoil myself for once and upgraded all 3 at the same time.Atlas’ reputation in the industry put me at ease and Drew was super accommodating and helpful. They don’t subcontract any of their work which I absolutely loved because I got a super professional installation completely hassle free.I went with the latest and greatest heat pump and was rewarded with a nice $6500 government rebate, as well as a nice upgraded tankless water heater for better efficiency. The fellows who installed were Mike and his partner (I forget his name - sorry!) and they did and incredible job. Very courteous and very friendly.Their operations manager Nimo even called me after installation was complete to make sure I was happy with everything, and I absolutely am! Thank you AtlasCare for making this experience a pleasant one. You have a customer for life.

I had to replace my old oil furnace and decided to go with a heat pump. I contacted Atlas Care, along with several others, for quotes for the work. Atlas Care and Jason, the sales rep, consistently responded quickly to my inquiries, confirmed every appointment in advance, showed up on time, provided very professional and helpful service. The installer, Mike, and his crew, arrived on time and stayed until the complete unit was fully tested and running, as well as explaining the new thermostat functions. I am more than satisfied with the price and the service and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Randall Summers and his associate were the ones who performed this duct cleaning service at my parents house. I paid for this service for my parents home since they'd never had it done before. My mother told me that they were prompt, friendly, quick and professional. She also mentioned they helped to move her furniture away from the vents as she was not strong enough to do it herself. She was very happy with their work and had no complaints. I'm also very impressed that AtlasCare sends a photo via email of who to expect so there are no surprises. Ricardo D’Ambrosio from Atlas was excellent. He was professional, courteous and took time to make sure my cats were not too freaked out from the process. I can’t comment on the quality of work yet as the repair just happened today so we will see. But the technician made it a positive experience.

Thanks to Patrick X and Andrew N, two air conditioner installers. They installed a new air conditioner and substantially modified my air ducts. My wife and I hated the old air ducts, they looked so redundant and ugly, like a bunch of different sized boxes stacked on top of each other. I deliberately took photos of the before and after installation, which really made me very happy. The two technicians worked efficiently and patiently, and the whole installation process went very smoothly. After the installation, they patiently explained to me how to maintain and clean the condenser, and recommended their company's maintenance plan for me. Thanks again to Atlascare and their wonderful staff. I will recommend you to my neighbors and friends.

Thanks to Patrick Xu and Adam M for installing my furnace and replcing all of my gas line. They did a great job and took the troubles out of me.After I replaced the gas meter, I was told by enbridge that there was a slight leak in my gas pipe in my house and my furnace didn't work properly. Then, I contacted Atlascare, and they sent a technician to check it that afternoon, and gave a replacement and improvement plan. The entire team is efficient and courteous. It took less than 16 hours from the time I found the fault to replacing the furnace and all the gas lines. My heating and hot water didn't suffer in any way.Thanks again to Patrick X and Adam M for the installation, they were responsible and extremely time conscious. I am a lifelong customer of Atlas care and chose them for their excellent service and trustworthy attitude.You can't patch a roof when it's raining heavily or lose your heat in the middle of a cold winter. Choosing a reliable company is also a positive attitude towards life.

Atlas care did a good job of replacing my old central AC unit with a new one. They were honest and professional in all aspects of the sale and installation. I used this company years ago at my former home and was pleased with their level of service, which was the main reason I chose them again.

I was extremely satisfied with Lyndon’s visit yesterday. He is so friendly and personable. A lot of technicians give you the impression that they want to get finished as quickly as possible, but not Lyndon. I always ask for him when I make my appointments with Atlas Care, and I always will. Great job Lyndon!!! Keep up the great work. You are number 1 in my books.
