Just got my COVID vaccine from the loblaws pharmacy. The pharmacist administering it was amazing; I didn't even feel a thing, and did not notice the needle go in!

I have sent in a complaint before and no one ever got back to me! I am fed up with the unprofessional customer service with the staff at your Pharmacy in Whitby. I am not the only one just the other day there was a lady in front of me who felt the same and was taking her frustration out on the manager! I complained to the manager and nothing gets done about it It is that how the customer service works with you people! I expect a response ASAP! My wife and I have been going there for many years before this new staff was introduced everything was great!A very DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER!
