I’ve used this place a couple times and they are ok but yesterday I was not impressed with them. A young girl came in to get her nails done then after she paid they kept insisting she hadn’t. She called her bank and was even on speaker and they said the funds had come out of her account and I think she even showed them her account but they wouldn’t believe her and held her in the store not allowing her to leave even after she left her information. I would not advise people to do service with people who treat their customers like this. No one deserves to get humiliated like that.

The workers here are great!, my wife got her nails done here and they chatted up a storm with her, she told me she had a fun time getting her nails there. Overall place is seems pretty good(you know if wife is happy then thats all you need! Haha)Nails take time to do it well.A salon for nails would recommend from what she said to me.

It took quite a bit, and not very happy with the nail cleaning and nail polish part, but the tech was nice. Maybe due to lack of experience or training? Get Nails is my go-to nail place. Sydney and Ling are so friendly and highly skilled at what they do. My nails are always beautiful, well shaped, and strong. The salon is clean and bright. I really appreciate how many different acrylic colour shades they have because a lot of other salons don’t.

My favourite place in Edmonton and surrounding areas to get my nails done! I've been to so many different nail salons over the years, this is the best one by FAR. My nails always look amazing, and the price is extremely fair. I've been there three times now, and will be a regular from now on!

I take their service from last 2 years. I always take same service (regular pedicure) . Today I confirmed with service girl what service I want. But checkout time they charged more that was not the regular one. My question what kind a business they do? What kind a service they provide? I was there regular customer. So disappointing and frustrating. From now I will never go to this place.

I got my nails done and the nail techs were all so nice. I loved that it was a bunch of different techs worked on my nails and they were all so accommodating to get me the design I wanted! However, the last coat seemed a bit rushed and ended up spilling over my nail onto my fingers. Other than that, clean facility would recommend.

Recently had my nails done here for the first time. Very nice atmosphere, I had to wait longer than expected, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. The lady who did my nails was patient and understanding as I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails done. Thank you for listening and doing such an awesome job!

My friend and I have both gotten our nails done here a few times and have had excellent experiences. The staff are incredible kind and do an excellent job with your nails. They’re very creative and thorough, and they also keep a clean environment.
