Our toddler loves gymnastics here! I have a few suggestions that would make it 5 stars - more washrooms, lower the temperature a bit (but this might just be my hot kid) and lower the music volume just a tad. But a happy kid is a happy mom so no big complaints here!

My son has been does the summer camps, attended birthdays and hosted a birthday party. The Starr Gymnastics team is very helpful and kind, from the wonderful lady in the office to the fun coaches at Lancaster location. I highly recommend for any parent.

Just took my 13 month old here last week for the 1-5 yr drop in and she LOVED it! It's a open gymnastics gym padded so that kids can just rip around. It has a faint typical gym/sweat smell but just reminds me of being a kid. The lady at the desk was very helpful and accommodating. It wasn't very busy. We went on a weekday at 1430. It was $5 for one hour of play.

Staff is really good. All have great energy and create a fun atmosphere. My kid had a bit of hard time being in class without parents and they knew exactly how to help him get comfortable. But winter time floors in entry, change room, and waiting areas are dirty. they ask people to take their shoes off but lots of people ignore. need to enforce and clean more. there's a ton of traffic coming from outside

We've participated in baby dropin classes and the toddler gymnastics classes at both the Orleans and Lancaster locations. Orleans is more bright and spacious, however the staff are friendly and fun at all locations! My babies have had a lot of fun at Start. They have amazing customer service. Can't recommend them enough!

If anyone in Ottawa is looking for a fantastic birthday party venue for kids, I *highly* recommend Starr Gymnastics. We attended a four-year-old's party this afternoon and I can't imagine a better place for a kiddo's bash. The activities and circuits were great, the kids were happy and active the whole time, and what really made the whole experience was Jess (Jester")

A great birthday party experience here! Staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainers were very engaging with the kids.
