I needed a new doctor so I asked if I could deal with an issue and meet the doctor at the same time on the phone. Receptionist said that would be fine. When I got there the issue I needed dealt with was too much trouble so the receptionist picked a fight with me. I returned the same tone and manner but was refused service. I felt like I was treated very unfairly but they did see my father and dealt with his needs, otherwise I would have given zero stars

Absolutely horrible new managment in the pharmacy. Avoid at all costs. They will scream your prescription out loud for everyone to hear and are rude. The old management was so much better. Avoid at all costs.

I waited over an hour for the doctor to show up and he won’t give me the medication that my medical team recommended. I am not happy with this clinic I have gone a month without already, I’m in severe pain and I was not helped after waiting 1.5 hours past my appointment time. I am very dissatisfied.

The clinic is clean, and the receptionists are nice, but after seeing the doctor for a swollen throat I'd had for five weeks, he did a throat swab, and didn't follow up with me because the swab was negative for strep throat? Ridiculous, didn't listen to my concerns at all, will never go back. Should have medical license stripped, I'm a better doctor.

New patient to dr hassan, he was a great listener and seems to know his stuff. The ladies at the front desk were also great! I can get overwhelmed easily , but they remained calm and understanding keep up the great work!

Been type 1 diabetic for 23 years (since I was 5) and never ever had this happen. I always have been getting blood work for my A1C every 3 months and paperwork that can be reused for a year. It's the part of having type 1 diabetes and I will always have to do.I am on an insulin pump and through the insulin pump therapy program, and in order to keep staying on the pump, I need to check my A1C every three months and have it below 9.0 (it is under 7 so doing pretty good).The Dr told me that I may not have to ever do my A1C again if under a certain number but that isn't how diabetes works. It’s scary to see a Dr who doesn't do his job or do what the patients ask for.Because of this situation, unfortunately my fiance and I will be changing Dr’s as we need a Dr who will stand by the patients and if he can't do a standing order A1C like I asked, and tell me he might not give one again, then it won't work out as again, that is not how diabetes works. Especially type 1 diabetes.Diabetes, whether it is type 1, 2 or gestational is becoming a very common condition. But it is also important to note that they are all different and have different treatment plans. So if you're a Dr, it is important to know these things.

First time I have ever walked out in a Doctors appointment.Walk ins taken and treated before boomed appointments for no reason. Sat for an hour past my appointment time before I gave up and left (no choice had kiddos to pick up which they knew when I booked and expressed concern that I wouldn’t be treated in time.

Dana is amazing and is 80% the reason I go here. I have no complaints on wait time or my Dr. He's great

I went to this clinic to support a client in an appointment with Dr Mossab Shamaka on February 14, 2023 to ask for an assessment and referral to nose specialist and he wasn`t able to listen to our concerns and questions, and was unable to accommodate my client`s emotional needs. He didn`t give us a chance to talk, was rude, invalidate her feelings and not empathetic. As a health care professional I feel ashamed to have a colleague like him.

Front desk person was absolutely lovely, but the walk in doctor had the worst bed side manner and sense of compassion I've ever seen from a medical professional.I came in worried about a concussion and he belittled my partner and I for not just going to an emergency room. We try to avoid that as much as possible because of the pressure out healthcare system is under so to be talked down to for trying to do the right thing while also being in physical pain was very upsetting.I'd give zero stars if I could, but the front desk nurse was genuinely awesome so she's the only factor of redemption.Go to a different walk in if you can .
