Steve arrived earlier than planned and was friendly and professional. The clog was a tough one( kinda some sort of tree root) but he was persistent and thorough in his effort to clear the line plus he charged a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Steve!

This is the third time I have used SS Plumbing. Steve is so personable and professional. He explains everything, including ways you can save money, or even why certain units require more expensive or more economical parts. He will even give you the option ( for things like a thermostat) to do it yourself to save money. Great and prompt service always!

We had Steve come out in Sept to look at our furnace and we were pleased with his service. Fast forward to today, 2 days before Xmas on a Friday and my husband woke up to a very cold house on a -48 morning. Steve replied very quick to my text and managed to squeeze us in at 8pm on a very busy day for him. It ended up being a very easy fix and we had heat blasting quickly. Steve is very friendly, professional and takes the time to explain the issue.

Repeat customer here. Steve is professional, punctual and fair. He always comes quuckly for important jobs and is amazing to work with. He's worked on multiple things including leaks and water heater replacement. Best contractor I've hired yet :)
