Claimed that there was a BOGO 50%. But it only discounted the cheap items. Bought even numbers of mugs and did not receive 50% off the second mug. When contacted they only offered me a discount off my next order. But not happy with the interaction of this order. Not sure I’ll buy again off them if they are misleading on their advertising.

bought a hat for my sonat pop Montrea back in August, he didn't use it until cold weather started in Montreal, maybe 2 months ago? , and it's totally done, very bad quality. My son loves it cuz the design is nice, but never had a hat that lasted 2 months, not even at dollarama, too bad and disappointing.

What separates a good company from a great company? Customer service. Main and Local is wayyyyy ahead of it's competition and the entire wholesaler industry. I remember Main and Local because of the outstanding customer service from Amber and Austin, not because of their products (even though they are very original and hilarious). I want to order more just because of the quick and efficient aid I was given by Amber and Austin when I ordered the wrong thing. I will continue to rave about this company and wish them nothing but success in the future.
