Staff at Fenelon Falls Canada Post are super. Very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Abusive employee named Brenda must be fired for her verbal abuse of customer & for fraudulent ply giving another persons name when asjed for hers! You dont get to decide who wears a mask & who doesnt! Exemptions still apply & after youve been told of an exemption that is the end of your questions! I will be filing a claim against Brenda & Fenelon Falls Postmaster & Canada Post with the Human Rights Tribunal & Small Court claims. I will be returning, MASKLESS as per my Rights to p/u my parcels INSIDE THE POST OFFICE. YOU GIVE ABUSE YOU GET IT BACK IN SPADES!!

People at the post office are very friendly and helpful but the carrier's don't do their job very well, especially when they are delivering parcels,I use the mobile app to see when my parcels are out for delivery to make sure I am home,many times articles I ordered arrive out of the blue..Very frustrating and makes app useless

New guy doesn't give you that small town friendly personable greeting like the ladies do.
