Just arrived via tow truck, from Ontario on a vacation. Car broke down during my first outing. I asked a few people who they recommend. Old Town was the overall consensus. I arrived and they were very accommodating. They treated me as priority to get me back on the road. Arranged a rental so my family and I could continue our planned excursions and saved my vacation. I’m so pleased, I would go out of my way next time out East, to visit and get all other car work done there every time.Amazing crew. Thank you all!!

I want to thank Dan in particular. Super friendly, courteous and professional. Had my SUV in twice. The last time was for a safety inspection. He informed me of everything I needed for my SUV to pass the inspection. The only hiccup was a shock was ordered by the shop and that didn't show up on their parts delivery. No harm no foul. I highly recommend Old Town.

Fantastic service! We're on a long road trip from Ottawa to Twillingate, NL with a few weeks stop over in SJ, and Old Town took care of both our car and utility trailer and made it so that we felt safe on the long drive on some rough roads where there's no cell service. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint.
