Wade was awesome! He was super nice and very informative while doing the walk through with us. He provided us with a detailed report within a couple of hours which included a ton of pictures so we could know exactly what is being talked about and explained in the report. Super knowledgeable. I highly recommend Wade for home inspections! Hopefully the fact that I’m still wanting to write this review over a year and a half from the inspection adds some extra weight to my review. Wade Innis came to do an inspection on my house over a year and a half ago and took the time to answer all my questions as a first time homebuyer, and really went above and beyond. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough with his review, and his findings has held up as I’ve continued to renovate.

This was my first home inspection, and I felt like I was in great hands. Wade was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything. He answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. I was very impressed to see how respectful he was to the sellers property during his inspection. It was so nice to be able to be present for some of it as well. We were very happy with our dealings with Wade and the home inspection he conducted. He responded very quickly to our request for an inspection and communicated promptly and clear throughout our dealings with him. He toured the property with us and clearly explained issues he found. The final report was very comprehensive and will be very useful in helping us address some minor issues that were identified and developing a preventative maintenance schedule.

Highly recommended. Wade was very thorough in his inspection and report. He gave us a full walkthrough with ample time for questions. He is very knowledgeable. We felt very confident on our knowledge of the house after the walkthrough. They will also give you technical advice for as long as you own the property, which is a great bonus!
