My daughter saved up to buy her first car - a Subaru CrossTrek. She ordered the car which was scheduled to arrive in June (2023). The staff pulled some strings for an early arrival, which happened to be just before my daughter’s 16th birthday. The staff pulled the car in the showroom and placed a big red bow on it. My daughter was totally surprised when I brought her to the dealership and her car was all ready for her to take home on her birthday. What a great moment for her. Thank you for making this happen!She dealt with Brad Chittick. Brad was kind and caring during the whole process. CrossTrek’s are hard to find and he worked with us to make sure we found the perfect car. The entire staff at Subaru are stellar people and I couldn’t be happier with my experience there.I would highly recommend dealing with Brad and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a another Subaru at this dealership.

I’ve been in the automotive industry almost 30 years and I’ve never came across a parts department like this! 0 drive, their knowledge level is poor, more than once I’ve ordered parts to find out a week later they did not order the parts, and please don’t waste your money on air freight! They will tell you one day shipping but it doesn’t happen. This service department needs a leader and staff that actually care and have some knowledge!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the dealership. Brad managed to find me a new Outback arriving just as I was moving to town. They kept me updated every step of the way and were extremely helpful with explaining the registration process and licensing. The shuttle drivers were easy going and fine drivers.

I've bought 3 cars here over the years. The staff have always been knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, with a very low-pressure sales environment. Brian has been super helpful in finding us the right vehicle, and Ryan was great in taking care of the financials and paperwork to get us on the road quickly!

Very friendly and genuine staff at Subaru of Saskatoon. The team made me feel welcomed at the dealership, and went out of their way to help me find the right car for me. I never felt that weird pitchy sales-y thing……the team was knowledgeable and down-to-earth. The delivery was informative without being too much or too little, and they even installed an accessory while I was picking up the new plate. GREAT SERVICE!!! I felt very comfortable at the dealership and would definitely recommend to anyone!

I would give ten stars if I could. I bought a new car there in May and the service was absolutely top drawer. Brad in sales is very knowledgeable, helpful and understands what good service is. His approach goes beyond service and into the realm of kindness. Ryan in finance was efficient, helpful and also dedicated to good service. As I was keeping my old car rather than trading it in, i left it for service and the service department was equally efficient, helpful and informative. Most impressive though is the after sale service the dealership provides. In an age when customer service is all but dead, these folks stand out in a most excellent way. I bought my second Subaru from Quy Tran this past June, great experience again. Kept me updated as my order was hitting assembly line and when arrived in Canada, explained accessory options, protection packages and kept me up to date on when it would be ready to picked up. Ryan Brecht was involved through the process and was very helpful on all details for the purchase and financing options. A nice surprise I was offered a reduced financing rate as a repeat Subaru customer.

Had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle here. No sales pressure, but still very knowledgeable and made sure they showed us vehicles that fit our needs. Brian was great - answered all our questions; he was friendly and open every time we spoke with him. Ryan helped with all the paperwork, was always transparent and dedicated to making sure everything was accurate and exactly as discussed. Love the new vehicle and love that I felt good about buying from them. Would definitely recommend!

We cannot say enough good things about Ryan Brecht and Brad Chittick at Saskatoon Subaru. What an amazing team! We were still trying to process our son's near fatal roll-over of our 2017 Subaru Outback when Brad reached out to offer his help. True to its reputation for safety, our son walked away with barely a scratch - a testament to Subaru's excellence in design and certainly a very strong incentive for brand loyalty. With this car being a total loss we were desperate to find a replacement Outback at a time when the supply chain is still recovering. We left a message on the Sunday and first thing the very next morning Brad came to our rescue with a brand new vehicle that had just become available. Ryan was able to expedite our financing and provide expert guidance on great values for additional protection. Within days we were driving away in our new 2023 Outback. Brad and Ryan did so much more than provide us with a car - they reached out with a helping hand at a time when we were still processing what could have been a family tragedy.
