Lunch special Haddock & Chips, this place is a Brampton institution and this location is the best…. Fish is perfectly cooked, batter is not greasy or to thick 6oz will fill you up and they serve fresh lemon wedges with it …..yum !

The best Fish restaurant around. You can actually see the thick moist fish. We visit every week. Fish from other restaurants is pasty, while others serve you frozen fish that you can buy from the store. Trust me, this restaurant deserves a visit. The Haddock is really good at $11.95 plus $3 for fries or mashed potatoes. And did I tell you that the mashed potatoes are really, really good! A nice family restaurant.

I’ve been coming here for years with my dadChristine was our waitress today. She was so lovely and kind and even gave us a free coffee for the road because she saw me and my dad were having a father daughter day.Absolutely made my day and will continue going to this location regularly!

I heard many positive things about this establishment and decided to make the drive out. We ordered halibut with onion rings and poutine.The halibut was fresh but the batter was thick and a bit raw on the inside for my liking.As for the onion rings it was saturated in oil, the after taste was nothing but oil I couldn't finish it. The poutine was not to my liking the cheese curds" was mushy it should be chewy and squeaky. The gravy was bland.My partner had the same issue.A few things that threw me off is that they serve " Greek food". At each table they kept their tartar sauce in a squeeze bottle and it didnt taste home made. Personally I think it should be made as fresh as possible and served individually.Though I'm glad I tried it but from my experience I would not recommend this fish and chips."

The One and Only True location. Been going here for many years and it's still the exact same. Awesome fish and chips! Perfectly cooked and the lunch special is a reasonable price with a large quantity.

Awesome fish, great selectionOrdered Haddok a little longer wait but worth it. Huge pieces !! If getting takeout on a Friday might want call ahead, if bit of a wait but awesome staff are very efficient and keep the great fish coming pretty quick.

This place is my all time favourite go to for the best fish and chips in the city! I love literally everything from this place! The prices are well worth it for the portion and quality your getting. You will never see this place empty because everyone loves this restaurant and if you’re new or never been to this place you will see why after your first visit! My personal favourite is the Haddock and Cod with warm custard for dessert (I usually have my custard first). Shoutout to our waitress Kristie for serving us yesterday, the service was amazing by not only her but the whole staff of waitresses, for it being packed and filled the brim with customers she did an excellent job accommodating my family with my little nephew. Can’t wait to visit this place again soon.

Always have Heritage fish and chips during this time of the year during lent. I always order ahead. That way, I can skip the long line, especially when they're super busy. They're pretty good ordering ahead with your time as my food is always ready and hot when I arrive. During this time of the year, they always get extra busy and then for Easter, so if ordering take out, always order ahead. The staff is super friendly and polite. I have never had any issues with heritage. Keep up the great quality.
