I’ve been seeing Dr Yam since April 2022 and have had nothing short of a wonderful experience each time I go. Dr Yam is professional, knowledgeable and caring - I never feel pressured to do more work than needed. His office is clean and welcoming; Siara is so friendly and always picks up conversation from the previous appointment. All of this on top of some of the best pricing I’ve seen really sets Dr Yam and his team apart. I trust him so much that I’ve even brought my mom in as a patient as well!

Since November 2022, I’ve been seeing Dr. Yam and Siara once a month for PRP hair treatment. I just had my last treatment today, and I can already see the results! My hair is fuller and healthier. Dr. Yam’s clinic is very welcoming, and Siara is super friendly. During my first consultation, Dr. Yam was very patient, thorough in answering my questions and concerns about PRP, and explained what was required for the procedure. He also ordered for my blood test before the procedure to see if there were any underlying causes to my hair loss. Both he and Siara made sure that I was feeling comfortable during the procedure, and I felt very safe and relaxed in their hands.

I'm seeing Dr. Yam for PRP hair regrowth treatments and the experience has been beyond my expectations. I've been to other doctors and clinics that lack the patient comfort aspect. Dr. Yam's passion for PRP and belief in its use is obvious, backed by his continual learning and research. Reasonably comfortable and quick blood draws and the fact that he uses an analyzer to test the sample for optimal results - these are reasons I will only be seeing Dr. Yam for hair PRP. I have been receiving PRP treatments for my under eyes and hair from Dr. Yam since September 2022. He only uses techniques and machines that have strong scientific evidentiary support. He gives you a thorough explanation on everything.He has different machines that give you a break down of how your hair and skin have improved. One machine shows you if your hair follicles have increased in density, and you see the progress of your scalp over time. Another machine breaks down if there is an improvement in your skin for wrinkles, dark spots, pores, etc. All of this is useful in tracking your progress.I have seen an improvement in my dark circles. They are a lot lighter, even though I have to wait until September 2023 to see the full results. My hair is also growing in thicker.For hair, Dr. Yam requests full bloodwork to test for other deficiencies such as iron, thyroid, vitamin D etc. All these issues are addressed to seek the most optimal results in hair growth.Overall, I am very pleased with Dr. Yam's services. I trust that he is truly an expert in PRP. The receptionist Siara is also very pleasant. She is very bubbly and makes you feel very comfortable.

I recently saw Dr. Yam and Siara for a vampire facial. My first appointment with Dr. Yam was a consultation. He explained in detail what the vampire facial is and what the process would be like. Needless to say, he spent the time making sure all my questions were answered. I did the vampire facial a few weeks after the consultation and was feeling a little nervous about it since it was my first time getting such a procedure done. Siara was extremely welcoming and did such a great job of making me feel comfortable. The facial itself was quick and painless. I suffer from severe acne scarring and within 1 week of the facial I could see an obvious improvement. My skin was glowing and the scars were much less prominent. It has now been 3 weeks since the facial and I have been getting compliments from my family, friends, and colleagues. I am going back for another vampire facial next week and I can’t wait to see how much my skin is going to improve this time! You can definitely trust Dr. Yam and Siara to address your skin concerns!!

I have been going to Dr. Yam for lip filler and dysport for about 2 years now. I am always impressed with my results. For my lips I prefer a more natural subtle change and Dr. Yam achieves this every time. Dr. Yam never pressures me get anything else done, and only speaks to what I ask for.
