The Brick Fredericton has a great team. We bought our new home recently and had the luck to encounter sales associate Kimberly Latimer to help us buy our sectional. Kimberly was very friendly and helped us above and beyond. Products at The Brick are worth the price and there is a finance option if you create their credit card.

Daniel was FANTASTIC! He was accommodating, kind, patient, and gave us tons of options to balance our needs with our budget. He was knowledgeable and gave us the information, sleep test, and time we needed to choose a mattress that was both comfortable and budget friendly, all the while our toddler was testing every piece of furniture in the store. He helped us find a bed that met our storage and size needs, along with showing us multiple options and prices that were comparable. He was kind through the whole process and focused on our needs and exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be looking for Daniel next time we are looking to buy furniture! First time dealing with this store/company. The communication from start to finish was very professional. The delivery personnel were awesome , very friendly , accommodating. Store manager even came and helped unpack appliances. Very happy with the service for a 12 unit build.

The sales guy was very helpful. The process for delivery and post delivery was great. They were very responsive to any concerns I may have had. Honestly the best company I have ever bought an appliance from!

Experience was good overall. Kimberly Latimer was knowledgeable and kept me apprised of process. One point I did notice that there were alot of sales folks and it almost seemed like the atmosphere was salespeople readybto pounce. Not aggressive though.
