I started going to this place when it first opened. Now I’ve noticed they don’t nearly have the same variety for cartridges and their computers are usually off. Their budtenders seem to not really care about the customers concerns. Just cash them out and move on - especially if you’re not spending a lot.

Went to Shinybud to inquire about their nug smasher device. Staff member Raquel, was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to help us clean up our bud and prepare it for the nug smasher. She then carefully extracted the resin and packaged it for us. She went above and beyond what I was expecting and we are so happy we came to shinybud this evening! She was also knowledgeable about other products and sold us a bong and some flower too. We will definitely be back!

This place is so luxurious! I was greeted by a 7ft security guard felt so safe. This shop has wide selection, most upscale I have seen. I will definitely be returning
