very unhappy , when I was in town a few weeks ago I had to get a loan on a ring . since then I've been back 3 times to get the ring during their posted regular business hours . Each time the store has been closed..I was put off a bit by this but let it go , today I was just pulling up and noticed the owner getting in his car , I couldn't catch him in time .the lady in the store told me she couldn't help me. she phoned him and told him I had just missed him and was from outta town ,and was there to pickup my ring , he told her to tell me I would have to come back in an hour to get it . this is really inconvenient and has messed up my schedule as well as cost me extra money in fuel . I think it was very unprofessional , bad business.

This place is great! Went in recently to pick up some valentines day jewelry. Not only did they let me stay late choosing things, but they waited around when I had to run to the bank to get cash. Took me longer than I thought it would, so they held the items for me until the next day when I called them that I couldn't make it back that day. Thanks to you all for working with me. Appreciate it.
