We used OLO for our basement development. I am happy we found a reliable contractor through referral. They do professional quality work. With our limited budget Dave was able to shop around and reduce material cost with substitutions. Great work and very honest and transparent!

We had the pleasure of hiring David to build us a deck in our new backyard. We could not have been more satisfied with his fine attention to detail and ability to work both quickly, and efficient.We originally had a budget in mind and David was able to stay within it which was very important for us. We hired Olo Contracting to fix a leaking shed roof, and were very impressed. For one, David was willing to come and give us a quote for a small job, whereas several other contractors brushed us off. Two, he was upfront and honest and gave us an accurate quote. Three, he actually showed up when he said he was going to. And four, he did a great job on the actual project.Working with David was a pleasure and I will definitely be reaching out to him again for future projects.

I have used OLO contracting a couple of times now. Both times have been excellent.First, David built us a custom closet, great value and a great outcome.Second, we used David for some water damage in our basement washroom and some other repairs. I appreciated the knowledge of how the damage happened and the best way to fix it. OLO also replaced an outside door and installed a new bathroom fan. The fan installation was unorthodox yet David found a great solution and fixed the problem with ease.When David does work around my house, I know that it's been done correctly. It's nice peace of mind to be able to trust the work being done. The quality of work is always high, and the price is reasonable.I would certainly recommend OLO Contracting and will also use their services in the future.

Olo Contracting installed my kitchen tiles, some electrical work as well as replacing cracked and loose floor tile. David does excellent work and takes pride in a job well done. He is also an excellent communicator. I would and have highly recommended him. He is able to do larger jobs but also those smaller ones you never seem to get around to doing yourself.

David O’Brien is a very meticulous and conscientious craftsman. He worked on our basement renovations and they are perfect. He listened to what we wanted and gave us some very good advice. He also sheeted and insulated our garage making it much more usable. He is a very good communicator and takes pride in a job well done. Thank you David for everything.

David took on a big task moving furniture working in tight spaces repainting all the doors and trim as well as the walls. He got done quickly and everything looks amazing. I would highly recommend him
