The appointment booking process is like pulling teeth. Nobody answers the phone. The ultrasound tech that I had implied that I had not drank any water before the appointment ( of course I did) and continued to press me into admitting that I was lying. I advised her that she would most likely need to use “ the wand” for my pelvic exam, she then told me I was a “ smart lady” sarcastically and that was the reason I didn’t drink any water because I knew I would have to have the wand done. What is this high school? SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I work in medicine and know not many imaging places are great, but this one is terrible. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the front desk was kind and laid back and made the registration process easy. Skip this place!

THE RUDEST staff, especially DIANE. Zero manors and THE RUDEST person I have ever encountered. I turned up early incase there was any paper work to fill and instead got told told my appointment was moved to a different time than had previously been made!!! After reading all the reviews for this place I’m surprised it’s still open. SHALL be tell the dr that referred me to this place NEVER send anyone there again!!!

Ran out with tears falling down my face, half way through my mammogram. Very very painful experience. Was asked many questions that did not have anything to do with my exam. Felt very uncomfortable. Please stay away from this place.

Personally, I had good experiences at this place both times I went there. Last time I called at noon, the call was answered right away and I got an appointment for an ultrasound at 4pm same day. The front desk lady was very polite and my wait was short. The ultrasound technician was very nice too. I will definitely go there again.

I'm quite surprised about the negative reviews for this clinic. I've been here twice, and both were positive experiences. Diane, one of the staff is extra caring and accomodating. Next time you called, look for Diane. She will be very happy to assist you.

Just reading the review comments about the rudeness of the staff, it gives me the anxiety to come for any services. Please take any appropriate actions to correct the situation accordingly.

Not impressed. The man who did my X-ray kept referring to me as Mr." when I told him I was a woman

This clinic is very busy so if you happen to get through when calling in to book an appt, count yourself as one of the lucky ones! I was not able to get through on the phone so I booked online via website and sent in my requisition form for efficiency and waited for confirmation. After one day still no confirmation so I stopped by in person (for x-ray appts it’s first come first serve). The white-haired receptionist advised they don’t know how to use nor check for any online requests (new system setup by office manager but no one knows how to use?) hence no call/email confirmation. So aside from lack of training which is the major issue for patients trying to book appt, the technical staff are great!

Very poor service, intake personnel are rude and dismissive. Absolutely no patient/client care. I had two ultrasounds booked, they only made time for one then expected I would just come back hours later. While grilling a young woman on why she was having a mammogram, the woman said my mom died of breast cancer and I am high risk" the staff member just walked away

The front desk staff was terrible! She said her name was Abeda (spelling?)She was very rude and heartless towards myself and was also very rude to the xray technician (who was lovely)I tried calling the day before to book an appointment. No one answered the phone.I went in with my 20 month old and tried to check him in. She said we would have to wait 2 and a half hours. The technician said he could squeeze my baby in now because there was no one else there. She said no, in case the person with the booked time slot shows up. She then said she would call the person with the present appointment time to see if they were late.She never called them. She sat at her desk for the next 15 min. The technician said again, I can take them in now and she scolded him and said no. Then when I asked if she could still please call the next appointment as they had still not shown up, she said they can't xray pediatric patients. She knew the appointment was for my 20 month old, as i had told her verbally when I went to check in, had given her his healthcard and xray requisition, all of which have his age and she could clearly see he is a baby.She wasted my time and the time of my ill little one. She was rude and she should not be working in a patient facing industry.I will never go there again!
